Q Is the sea visible from guest rooms?
AYes, the sea can be seen from all rooms.
QWhat time is check-in and check-out?
ANormally, check-in time is after 15:00 and check-out time is until 11:00 am.
QDo you accept early check-ins and late check-outs?
AA. Yes, we allow them with a charge when informed in advance. However, requests may not be granted depending on the cleaning circumstances.
Q Is there parking on-site? Do I need to pay?
A We have a parking site free of charge on the hotel grounds. Please contact staff is the parking area is full.
QIs there an Internet connection?
AWe have a Wi-Fi connection (wireless LAN) in all rooms.
QIs there an air cleaner and humidifier in guest rooms?
AWe can lend out humidifiers on a first-come, first-served basis. However, unfortunately we do not providea re sorry that an air cleaner is not available.
QIs there a DVD player or a CD player in the room?
A We are sorry, but guest rooms are not fitted with DVD or CD players.
QDoes your hotel have a launderette?
AYes, on the second floor. The washing machine costs ¥300 and the dryer costs ¥200 per 30 minutes.
QIs it possible that we would be restricted in our stay because of a group stay?
A It is possible for the dining room to be reserved for an hour or so by group stays. We apologize for any inconvenience, and request your understanding.
Q Do you have non-smoking rooms?
ASmoking is not permitted in any guest rooms. We can offer other rooms for smoking.
Q Is the toilet in the room a washlet with a warm water bidet?
AToilets in all rooms are washlets.
Q When booking a room for three people, what is the arrangement of the beds?
AWe will prepare an extra-bed.
Q Is it possible to join together two beds?
A Yes, it is possible in all rooms. Please inform us in advance if you would like the beds joined.
Q How old are children allowed to sleep with their parents?
AFrom 0-6 years old, they are allowed.
Q I booked a room separately from my friend. Could you arrange our rooms to be next to each other?
A We can prepare the rooms next to each other, so please inform us in advance. However, depending on the circumstances of the day or the type of rooms booked, we may not be able to follow your request.
Q Is there a barrier-free room?
AYes, we have got one.


Q Do I need to book a table at the restaurant?
A You do not need to book a table, but we recommend making a booking as it can be crowded depending on the season.
Q What is the capacity of the restaurant?
A About 140 seats are available.
Q Could you adjust the menu for allergies?
A Yes, we can try to do so as far as possible. Please inform us in advance, as it is sometimes difficult to buy in ingredients depending on the weather.
Q Can you prepare baby foods?
A We do not have any arrangements for baby food. Please enquire in advance.

Q Can you provide child-size pajamas?
A We are sorry, but we only provide one adult size.
Q Do you lend out push chairs?
A Yes, we do. The number of push chairs is limited, so it is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact us if you would like to borrow one.
Q Do you lend out bedguards to prevent people from falling off the bed?
A Yes we do, on a first-come, first-served basis. Alternately, the bed can be shifted against a wall. Please contact us in advance.
Q Are children’s amenities provided?
A We offer a child’s toothbrush at check-in. We also have a plan with kids’ amenities.
Q Is there any equipment for children?
A We lend out sand toy kits for the beach on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact the reception for more information.
Q Are there any pediatricians nearby, if my child is poorly?
A There is a clinic five minutes away by car. We will check the opening hours on the day for you, so please contact reception.

Marine & Activities

Q Until when can we swim in the sea?
A Generally, from April to October, but you can swim even in winter if the temperature is good.
Q Do you have an air pump?
A Yes, it is located at the side of the entrance on the first floor. Please help yourself.
Q Can we use the guest room towels on the beach or at the pool side?
A Please refrain from using the guest room towels outside of the hotel building. If you need a towel to use on the beach, we can rent out one for ¥100. Please contact the reception.
Q Can you book diving or snorkeling for me?
A We will introduce a nearby diving store. Reservations should be made by guests.

Q Do you lend out wheelchairs?
A Yes, we do. It is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please inform the reception in advance.
Q When should I pay for the cost of my stay?
A We request our guests to pay at their check-in.
Q Do you accept payment by credit card?
A Yes, we accept JCB, VISA, Master, AMEX, UC, Dinners, UFJ and Saison. * This may be different from the credit cards that can be used for online payment.
Q Do you have a store?
A We sell snorkeling goods and key holders at the reception on the first floor.
Q Is there a convenience store nearby?
A There is a Family Mart on the hotel grounds.
Q Could you keep my luggage for me before check-in and after check-out?
A Yes, we could. also, we keep your luggage and do the check-in procedure in the morning.
Q Can you keep my luggage if I deliver it in advance?
A Yes, we can. Please write your name and your check-in date on the delivery slip and send it to us. However, please refrain from sending a large amount of luggage or delivering more than a week in advance.
Q Can I send my luggage from your hotel?
A Yes, you can at the reception.
Q Can I use the beach before my check-in and after check-out?
AYes, you can. However, the dressing room and the shower room are not available to use. We recommend an early check-in and a late-check-out.
Q Is there any smoking area inside the hotel?
A There are ashtrays in the elevator hall on the 3rd floor.
Q About medical supplies
A We do not offer any medical supplies based on Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act. We can introduce nearby pharmacies or hospitals.
